Zamorak godsword detail

The Zamorak godsword is one of the four legendary godswords that was fought over during the God Wars. Requiring 75 Attack to wield, it is created by attaching a Zamorak hilt to a completed godsword blade, which has no requirements and can be done by any player. Along with the Armadyl godsword, the Bandos godsword, and the Saradomin godsword, the Zamorak godsword is one of the best melee weapons in the game, aside from certain weapons in Daemonheim, Stealing Creation, and the Dominion Tower.

Like all godswords, the Zamorak godsword has a passive effect. This godsword has a 25% chance to root and stun the target for 5 seconds on a successful hit. However, the effect only roots against players and does not stun.

This godsword's passive effect isn't obviously useful but can come in handy in various situations. For example when countering the Binding shot ability or preventing a target from escaping in various PvP minigames or in the wilderness. The stun also provides a slight boost to the punish ability when fighting against monsters that can be stunned, which ironically indirectly makes the Zamorak godsword the best damage-per-second godsword after the EoC.
