The Zamorak full helmet is a rune full helmet with a red plume (feather) and a rune base. It is affiliated to the god Zamorak. It can only be acquired as a possible reward from completing level 3 clue scrolls and cannot be created by players. It has the same protection stats as a normal rune full helmet and thus is purely ornamental in purpose and the only benefit is possibly to show the player's wealth. It requires level 40 Defence to wear.

Full Zamorak is considered to be Zamorak platelegs/Zamorak plateskirt, Zamorak platebody, Zamorak full helmet, and Zamorak kiteshield. This piece of armour cannot be made using the Smithing skill. Sometimes players use a rune med helm instead of a zamorak full helm for a cheaper helm that matches other zamorak armour.

A lot of people mistook a regular Rune full helm for a Zamorak full helm when the graphical update came out on 1 July, 2008. This glitch has since been fixed.
