Zaff's Superior Staves is a shop located near central Varrock that is run by Zaff. He is the main source of magical staves for free-to-play players. Note that Battlestaves are only available on a member's server.

After the Shop Improvement Update of 2 October 2007, stock quantities became infinite for all staffs except battlestaves. For battlestaves, talk to Zaff or right click 'Buy-Battlestaffs'. The quantity of battlestaves depends upon the Varrock Diary level and wearing the Varrock armour. The buying limit is once a day; a day is the 24 hour period starting at 0000 (UTC).
When you open the door as a member wearing Varrock armour, a message will appear automatically asking you if you want to talk to Zaff about staffs.
