Wrapped candy was obtained by trick-or-treating around Port Sarim, Draynor Village, and Rimmington during the 2008 Hallowe'en event. Five of them were given to Maggie to obtain a piece of the Warlock set (if the player is male) or a piece of the Witch set (if the player is female).
Wrapped candy healed 3 hitpoints (which would be 30 life points in modern context) when eaten.
