The levels 11 and 14 wolves are the lowest level wolves in the game, found in the first level of the Stronghold of Security. They are not aggressive and are the only type of wolf in non-member's worlds. Note that the first level of the stronghold is a multiway combat zone, but the monsters are not aggressive.
The only drops they have are bones. They drop regular Bones on free worlds and Wolf Bones on members' worlds.
It has been confirmed that these wolves can be killed for slayer experience.

- Wolf bones are used for Ogre arrows and for Summoning and often sell for a good price, so it can be profitable killing these wolves on member worlds for their bones.
- If you go into the strong hold of security first floor you can see minotaurs and wolfs squaring up to each other
