Wolves are canine enemies that can be found in various places around RuneScape. They have a variety of different combat levels, but level 42 wolves are the most common, with level 16 wolves only being found on White Wolf Mountain, and level 23 Wolves only being found in the Stronghold of Security.

Their bones can be used with a chisel to create Wolfbone arrowtips used to make Ogre arrows, which are necessary for completing Big Chompy Bird Hunting and Freeing Skrach Uglogwee during Recipe for Disaster. Wolves are also assigned as Slayer assignments, and as such may be killed for Slayer experience.

TriviaEdit

  • Wolf bones are used for ogre arrows and for Summoning and often sell 700 to 1000 coins, so it can be profitable to kill these wolves on member worlds for their bones.
  • In the Stronghold of Security's first floor, one can see minotaurs and wolves squaring up to each other.
