Wizard hat chathead

A Blue wizard hat is a hat with small magical attack and defence bonus, requiring 1 Magic and Defence to wear. These hats are dropped by Wizards at the Wizards' Tower (as of the wizard tower update in 2012 blue wizards can no longer be killed at the tower) and also by Imps. The hats can be purchased at Betty's Magic Emporium in Port Sarim and one can be acquired in the quest Wanted!.
