Wizards are humans in blue robes that can be found at the Wizards' Tower, south of Draynor Village, and in the Magic Guild in Yanille. They use magic attacks in combat.

Wizards attack using Magic. They cast a weaker version of Fire Strike that only hits up to 4. Ranged attacks, slashing attacks, and magic (level 13 and up), along with magic-resistant armour like leather or dragonhide, are recommended for fighting them. They are not aggressive and are good to train ranged and magic for beginners.

- It is interesting to note that level 9 wizards used to be seen wearing what looked like a blue version of the Cape of legends. With the HD update they are now seen with normal Capes of legends, suggesting that they are members of the Legends' Guild. However this is impossible because of their low combat level.
