A Witchwood icon is a piece of slayer equipment used to protect the wearer from the screams of Cave horrors found in the Mos Le'Harmless Caves on the island of Mos Le'Harmless. Without it, the Cave Horrors can severly damage the players' stats. The Witchwood icon is worn as an amulet. The icon requires a Slayer level of 35 to equip, although players must have 58 slayer to be able to hit Cave Horrors. The Icon is NOT needed to fight Jungle Horrors. It can be purchased from any slayer master for 900 coins, but cannot be subsequently traded with other players.
The Slayer Masters created these from Witchwood trees. When worn it looks similar to the "Bandos Symbol" but is not a Bandos item.
