The Witch cloak is a holiday reward from the 2008 Hallowe'en event after giving Maggie 4 chocolate drops. It is part of the witch set, which also includes the Witch top and Witch skirt, and it has no combat bonuses. Only female characters can wear the witch cloak, as male characters are forced to wear a warlock cloak instead. You can get chocolate drops from people in Port Sarim, Draynor Village, or Rimmington. To do this you must have two pieces of costume on and trick-or-treat any of the villagers.
It can be stored in the toy box of Player-owned house or destroyed and obtained again from Diango.
