The Windswept tree can be cut down to receive windswept logs, which is an item required to be used in Olaf's Quest. It is also used as a marker for the entrance to Brine Rat Cavern. This is also the location for the Fremennik task, 'Find the highest tree on the Fremennik mainland'. It can be found just north of the DKS Fairy Ring. Note that you only have to be close to the tree to accomplish the task, not right up to it. It is the only chop-able tree of its kind so it is very rare. There are also more of its kind though the others can not be chopped down, their locations are on Lunar Isle.
