Wind Wave is a members only spell that requires 62 Magic and can do a maximum of 17 damage per spell. The damage is increased to 19 if using a stave with 10% damage. It has a theoretical damage of 25 when used with a special staff and extreme magic potion...although this has not been proven yet. It is the second most powerful wind spell, the strongest is Wind Surge.

Wind Wave costs 472 coins for each cast. If a player uses a Staff of air, this price is reduced to 407 coins for each cast.

Remember, you cannot use Ancient Magicks or Lunar Spells if you are using regular Magic.
