William is a Cape Merchant who sells team capes. He sells the capes with the box symbol. He can be found walking just outside Red Dragon Isle in the Wilderness. You can buy a cape from him for 50 coins each. Sometimes he is seen near the Demonic Ruins which makes players often mistake him for a Revenant if he is on the minimap.
