Will is an employee of the Varrock Lumber Yard. He unloads wood from the carts and brings them to an area where they can be turned into planks by his partner, Phil. The only way Will can be interacted with, apart from his examine, is within the Court Cases activity. In one of the court cases, Will wants to leave the sawmill and buy his own land, but whenever he places an offer to purchase the land, Bill places a higher offer.
Will was added along with the improvements to the Gertrude's Cat quest.
