The Weather report is a quest item used in the One Small Favour quest. It is are obtained by talking to Phantewti, a Seer who lives in the town of Catherby. Before he will give the player the weather report, the player must first rescue a missing person and repair the weather vane on the top of his house.
The player must then take the weather report to Arhein, who also lives in Catherby, in order to proceed in the quest.
Reading the weather report gives:
Ironically, the report is so vague that Phantewti cannot seem to predict weather even with the weathervane.
