Weapon poison+ is made by mixing a cactus spine followed by red spiders' eggs in a vial of Coconut milk, giving 165 Herblore experience. This requires level 73 Herblore.

Weapon Poison+ can be applied by using the potion after which your character has a chance to poison an opponent. The effect will last 5 minutes. This potion has the same accuracy as Weapon poison and Weapon poison++.
