War pig teeth are an uncommon drop from Pigs when the pig creation machine is set to make spirit war pigs. It is the tertiary ingredient needed to make war pig pouches, along with 6 spirit shards and a gold charm.
War pig teeth will not drop while the player is in a group with LootShare enabled.[1]
