Viggora is an invisible ghost who was once a human follower of Zamorak during the rebellion against Zaros. He rose to become one of Zamorak's bodyguards, a great achievement for a mere human, as almost all the others were Vampyres, Demons, and Mahjarrat.

Viggora can be found in one of 3 areas (depending on your character, since it's different for each player), either the Rogue's Castle, the Slayer Tower, or the wilderness section of Edgeville Dungeon. He is the final NPC you must speak to in the Ghostly Robes Miniquest during which he gives you his cape. He will tell you the story of Zamorak's betrayal to Zaros, and the curse that Zaros placed on those who took part in the betrayal, resulting in the human participants to become ghosts.

To see and speak to Viggora you will need the Ring of Visibility (obtained from the Shadow Diamond part of Desert Treasure quest) and the Ghostspeak Amulet (obtained from The Restless Ghost quest).
