Verac's flail is a melee weapon that is part of Verac The Defiled's set of barrows equipment. To wield Verac's flail, a player must have 70 Attack.

If Verac's flail is wielded along with all of the other pieces of equipment in Verac's set the player receives a special effect. Successful attacks with this special attack have a chance of hitting through an opponent's defence and prayer, potentially causing heavy damage. With the set effect, this can be considered one of the best weapons for PVP Combat. This weapon cannot be made using the Smithing skill. It is a 2-handed weapon despite being wielded in only one hand.

Verac's flail is also a fairly popular choice for killing Waterfiends. Although it's degrading quality can make it fairly expensive to maintain, it has a higher crush offensive bonus than a Saradomin sword or a Zamorakian spear. It also has a higher prayer bonus than the two previously mentioned weapons, prolonging any prayer usage if players wishes to use them.

This weapon can be fixed at Bob's Axes in Lumbridge or Tindel Merchant in Port Khazard. Both can fix it at any stage of degradation.
