The Varrock Sewer resource dungeon is one of the 14 resource dungeons released on 19 July 2010. Entering it for the first time gives 8500 Dungeoneering experience. This dungeon is only accessible by members, and there is a Dungeoneering level requirement of 65 to enter.

The entrance to the dungeon.

Inside the dungeon, there are 4 limpwurt root spawns, 6 magic trees and 8 moss giants. This dungeon contains more magic trees in close proximity than any other area, but it is quite far from the nearest bank. The fastest banking method is to teleport to Edgeville using an amulet of glory or the Edgeville lodestone and use the bank there, then travel through the Edgeville Dungeon entrance south of the bank and use the pipe shortcut (requires 51 Agility) to return to the moss giant area north of the resource dungeon entrance. A better alternative to travelling to a bank is to use signs of the porter to transport logs directly to the bank instead. With a full inventory of signs and an additional sign equipped, players can chop up to 173-898 logs (including a full inventory of logs after all the signs have been depleted), depending on the tier of the signs being used.

Travel

Location of entrance.

Enter the Varrock Sewers and follow them down to the spiderweb. Push through the web and follow the corridor to the moss giants. Alternatively, players with 51 Agility can also use the Edgeville Dungeon pipe shortcut and proceed to the southern moss giants.

Alternatively, players with at least 99 Dungeoneering may use the Dungeoneering cape's perk. The perk allows players to teleport to the entrance of any available resource dungeon an infinite amount of times.

Safespots

There are a total of three safespots in this resource dungeon, the first two being the easiest to use whilst the third is a bit more tricky. The moss giants will not be aggressive towards players with a combat level of 85 or higher.
