Hi. I was wondering if you could retake your pic of you in castlewars armor but wearing only the castlewars armor. I was just thinking that for this pic it would be better to show just the rewards, since so mnay new people play that game and they could be confused by your weapon and party hat. I have a recording of it without the extras already (though only what I could obtain: I only have 2,005 Castle Wars Tickets), and I'll upload it eventually. Go to File -> Produce Video As... Then click "Show more file formats" and click "GIF animation file". Continue pressing "Next" until it reaches "Finish", adjusting anything you wish. Tarikochi 00:19, 19 March 2008 (UTC)
I found out why i couldn't do it: the resolution (screen resolution) was too big so i had to press Ctrl+Alt+Right arrow key to flip the screen. Pretty neat, huh?

You know tari instead of leacing the response to a question on your own talk page you should leave it on the persons talk page who left a question. Such as the "stupid question" xdragonaite asked. You would go to his talk page and put ==Re:A stupid question== and then adding your response. This would make it easier for dragon so he can get the message faster or so he doesnt think you didnt respond at all. I love your red dragon and I wanted to let you know I'm using it as a forum avatar. I had to tweek it a bit in Jasc Animation Shop. I resized it to 72x72 pixels, culled some frames and mirrorred it. What godsword is the best? I was talking with Stinkowing about it and we don't know. I chose you because you do a lot of God Wars Dungeon. P.S. Whenever I download the free trial for Camtasia Studios and look in programs, I don't see it.- Islwyn Talk

I'm not a Meleer, but the best Godsword would most likely be depending on the scenario, such as the Saradomin Godsword is great for training Melee for its ability to heal you when damaged and the Zamorak Godsword is great for minigames such as Castle Wars for its ability to stop other players from moving in dire situations.
And Camtasia Studio goes under the name "Camtasia Studio 3" on your Programs List. Try right-clicking and "Sort by Name". Tarikochi 23:25, 7 July 2008 (UTC)

However, I am not up to the task of recording the animations of the God Wars Dungeon bosses yet, particularly because surviving without fighting back and adjusting the camera is much more difficult than just fighting them. Hey, Tari, I need help! I've downloaded Camtasia Studio 5, and I've made clips, but I don't know how to turn them into gif. format. How do I? Islwyn Talk

What a coincidence, I happened to be browsing tari's talk page. To make a .camrec file into a gif, you need to go to file > import media > select the .camrec you have > the .camrec should appear in the main window > drag the image onto the the timeline > on the left side under the produce section the "produce video as" option should now be clickable > click this, a menu will pop up, select custom production settings, and a list will pop up, just select gif animation at the very bottom and follow the steps. Usually right after you make a camrec file from a screen recording, it should automatically pop up with the production options where you make the gif, is this happening for you? After placing the video in the timeline, go to File -> Produce Video As... Click "Show more file formats", then GIF animation file. Continue clicking Next and making any proper adjustments and then Finish to create the image. Tarikochi 04:01, 1 September 2008 (UTC)

I'm not sure of any particular tutorial online, but just keep in mind that Camtasia Recorder is the video recording software and Camtasia Studio is the video editing software, including creating animations. Tarikochi 04:01, 1 September 2008 (UTC)

Best advice for Ranged is to treat it as you would Melee and use it to fight whenever you need to fight.

Hello Tarikochi, I'm not sure of whether or not your aware of this, however there was a consensus upon the Yew Grove to remove player categories and replace them with "a non-invasive way of listing the actors and author of an image" (the template is viewable in the above discussion link). I'll allow you to delete your category/remove its links so that you'll be able to reorganize the animations as necessary.

Look out, now you have a gif maker to compete with. Whaddya think? Check out the Blast Furnace to see a lot of them. I use 2 programs to make them, CamStudio and VirtualDubMod, and GifWorks.com to crop it and reduce colors, if need be. Does Camtasia have settings on how much color information to retain, or does it decide what to retain automatically? It looks like a cool program either way, but extremely pricey and I don't do shareware x.x;. - Ranpos - talk 05:52, 17 September 2008 (UTC)

Hey Tarikochi I was wondering, you sued to be on just about every page of the wiki save the ones for items and such, and now your not on any of them, do you not make images/animations any more?

She's inactive. As a result, her images/animations are being replaced by more up-to-date images/animations.
