Query: on what rationale is the image, 42nd_Varrock_Artillery.PNG, being considered a "Personal image" subject to deletion? The image captures a rather unusual event in Varrock and as such is no different from images of player riots and other such noteworthy events. As such, it would appear appropriate to the article in question.
