What did you delete 25k Trick for???

How is it encouraging others to break rules when everybody uses that trick and is perfectly ok? Runescape never says it's a glitch, bug, or not allowed. There is no rule against the 25k trick. Please restore it, or I'll call it vandalism. Contact me Zezzima 01:23, 22 March 2009 (UTC)

How do I warn someone?

Whenever I do JPEG, its on accident as I saved the video in the wrong format, I use Quicktime to "Copy" amd "MS Paint" to save as png files. Don't forget about the Saradomin Please, or the old versions, I do not know how to delete images yet... Ryan PM 04:02, 12 February 2009 (UTC)

Transparent

When you search for the file it appears transparent, but as soon as you click, it shows up as non-transparent. Could this be a repeat image-uploading problem? --RollbackcrownAburnett001 {Talk} {#} 16:59, 17 February 2009 (UTC)

200M Exp

I undid your edit and I think I might regret it - nevertheless I deem it an achievement worth noting on RuneScape Wiki that a player attained 200M exp in a skill without the benefit of members' items, locations and additional abilities. It is for a good reason that three Jagex Mods independently showed up at said player's 200M exp party to celebrate this event.

I agree, though, that there is no point in naming every single player to get 200M exp. But then again, if I wanted to look up who first maxed out a certain skill I could simply use the highscores, don't you agree? ;)

Since, you are the currently active sysop could you please add: "We have recently switched to the new parser, which may cause some rendering changes, please visit switching to the new parser for more information about changes and to report issues." My reason for this request is that we are now using the new parser which caused changes on some pages, which fixed a lot of flaws but signatures tend to have issues now if they are not terminated correctly although I have fixed the ones that I found causing problems. I agree that the inactive bureaucrats should be removed, but only after community consensus on the yew grove. We should also desysop the ones who haven't logged on in years, as the policies and expectations have undoubtedly changed since they were sysopped. JPEG To PNG

I contacted Soldier as well im just going to copy and paste my message. For the message about the troll i left on Vho's Page. He should be banned i had to protect my talk page because he wouldnt leave me alone. Look at what he has done of anyone should get in trouble it should be him. I will not tolerate any user on the wiki get put down by some kid who flames anyone who disagrees with him on sight. If i deserve a ban so should he... feel free to leave me a message on my talk page! since your a sysop you can post on it. Also i will not back down from my position... I understand and I agree with you... I just cant let it slide though... he takes advantage of other users weakness and breaks them... My weakness is my anger... I will continue to follow the rules... I apologize for my anger and somewhat for my arguing against users who just come here to flame.. I wish there were more i could do to protect my cyberspace friends... I am well aware this is the internet which makes this all the more silly... But imagine if Vho caused a suicide or something stupid of one of our wiki users... would you tolerate it? Hello Karlis, in order to counter the recent vandal bot we've been dealing with, Wikia has decided to entrust four administrators with the checkuser function. The following users have been given the tool: Hurston, AndorinKato, you, and myself. Please only use this in cases of serious abusive sockpuppetry or in the cases of another vandal bot attack. Wikimedia's tips and hints. Also, keep in mind each use of the tool is logged, feel free though to run a test or two on one of the vandal's accounts to familiarize yourself with the tool, (though of course only a test or two.). I checked MediaWiki:Monaco.js and the Wikia site. Actually, when I first added the counter, it was available for both Monobook and Monaco skins in MediaWiki:Common.js, so your addition to Monaco.js "displayed" the counter twice. I've removed the Monaco.js one.. Nevertheless, the counter is still broken. *sigh* I think it's something to do with the "account number" thingy. Apparently, Hitslog is broken throughout the internet. I checked other websites using it, and all of them appear broken. I managed to find an alternative called "Site Meter". =) It works for me. Transparency

I have a question for a good transparency adder. I have been adding transparency for a while, and sometimes I get the image that has a small obstruction blocking a part. Once, a shoe was covered by a rock, and I deleted the rock. In this type of situation, should I take a new image, or try to rebuild the shoe without the rock? Thanks. Hmm. I have been asked this by many users. Crats are generally only brought in when we are in need of a crat. We currently have Azaz and Dtm (who is partly active) as well as Dr5ag2on1 (who is semi-active as well) and Vimescarrot is around a little bit as well. I'm not sure we need another crat right now to be honest. I guess it would be up to the crats, as Azaz is generally the most active one. If he's overwhelmed, we might need to bring on another. I know Hurston would be a wonderful candidate too, as he tends to do all of the "dirty work" of the Wiki. Zygomite

However, the attack style set for the monster is magical melee - this leads to a link which says zygomites attacks are protected by the 'Protect from melee' prayer. So, it is either the magical melee page that needs changing, or the style of attack for the zygomite. Which one would you advise?

(The reason i know protect from melee doest work is because i died whilst trying it out!)

It was difficult for me to get back to my grave anyway, because i had to go to lunar isle to get a new lunar staff to be able to get back into zanaris. Also, can i ask, do slayer helmets stay under your gravestone, or are they lost aswell?

if people know how to program in batch. they will know how to change their IP address. Its very simple and people do that to hack sites multiple times even if ip is permanently banned BECAUSE THEY CHANGED THEIR IP address. i just wanted to tell you that. It is possible to change IP's I know someone that did this on a site. NOT THIS ONE he doesn't even play runescape i think. He well he bypassed a perma banned ip O_O. i even checked his ip was a different one for proof. IT IS POSSIBLE TO CHANGE YOUR IP. But only at random. Like it randomly generates a new IP. So i just wanted to inform you about this kind of threat O_O

Rollback help.

Okay, I have the rollback feature, just to start off. I was just reverting a slight vandalism to a Grand Exchange page, and I gave the vandal a note not to do that. But, when I clicked the rollback button, it must have clicked twice, as it said that the rollback failed.
When the failed screen showed, it had another option next to the IP, block. Normally, it has the talk page and the contribution link, but this time also had the block link.
