[edit] First message

I had the same problem; I uploaded like ten images before someone finally told it to me. Well, the personal image rule is so that non-mainspace images don't take up space in the wiki. I used PhotoBucket for the image I have, but you can also use ImageShack. They are both sites that do free image hosting. Just make an account on one of them, upload your image there, and copy and paste the url of the right image on your userpage where you want the image to go. For example, I put http://i216.photobucket.com/albums/cc45/C_Teng/CTeng2.png on my RuneScape section. It comes out as the picture.  C Teng talk 23:51, 2 June 2008 (UTC)

No problem.  C Teng talk 00:01, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Text and table align

How did you put your skills table to the left? And how did you arrange your text at info? I've always needed to do that.  C Teng talk 00:09, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

Thanks, I've been wanting to know that for a while.  C Teng talk 01:09, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Re:Links to userpages

Yes, to do that, you use the clickpic template. To use it, you do {{clickpic|TITLE OF TARGET PAGE|PATH OF IMAGE FILE}}. For example, if I wanted Image:Magic.gif to link to my userpage, I would put down {{clickpic|User:C Teng|http://images.wikia.com/runescape/images/f/fb/Magic.gif}}. That would come out as Magic.gif Oh, by the way, make sure to sign your posts with four tildes (~~~~).  C Teng talk 01:09, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

I guess not. It wasn't the clickpic template, you just did the link wrong, I think. Maybe I can do it for you, what do you want?  C Teng talk 01:40, 3 June 2008 (UTC)
To make it shorter, put the code in Template:Signatures/Jathsen, then set the code in the signature field to {{SUBST:Nosubst|Signatures/Jathsen}}. Then, check the "raw signature" box, save your prefernces, and sign using four tildes.  C Teng talk 01:59, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Re:Marquee

I never heard of <marquee>. What does it do?  C Teng talk 23:46, 3 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Re: HTML question

Sorry, but it looks like <marquee> is sanitized by MediaWiki whenever the page is saved. The list of exempt HTML tags on Wikia is here, and I'm pretty sure it's a software configuration option, meaning that local admins are unable to change it. Guess you're going to have to find another way of formatting it. :\ Skill 22:21, 4 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Organization 12

I'm happy to see people really like that video. It's my favorite RS themed one. btw, you have very impressive stats for a free player. :) AriasKnight 03:14, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Wikifest

If you want to know why I took the games out please read my posts on the Summer Wikifest thread and on the Spring Wikifest thread. Ilyas 99damageig4.jpgTalk Contribs 16:52, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Re:Time for Wikifest

You should talk to Amaurice. He made the Wikifest notice.  C Teng talk 23:47, 6 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Images on Userpage

There's no problem having images on your user page providing they are hosted on imageshack or a similiar image hosting site. You don't need to delete them. :-)

There is also no problem having a sub-page under your user page with imageshack pictures of your clan.

[edit] re: user of the month comment

No you just split what was one comment into two, which now kinda means it doesn't make sense. =p Bob2006ty(RUNESTORM333)talk 12:05, 16 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Picture on Signature

How do you get a picture on your signature?

[edit] Problem Report: Free-To-Play Songs

I have recounted the list to find 138 songs, I may be wrong, but, are you sure you were never member before? Image:Ancient staff.png I R Zaros 18:45, 18 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] ImageShack

I'm pretty sure the only way to change the size is to edit the image on ImageShack, or upload a smaller image.  C Teng talk 20:18, 18 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Re:Total level in skill box

Hey, you're right! I always thought the ---- counted as a 1.  C Teng talk 18:23, 21 June 2008 (UTC)

[edit] Re: Add a source

To get the specific address for a kbase article, I just go to the kbase article itself and then copy the URL from the address box at the top. If this box is not present on your browser (it is possible to turn it off), then just right click on the kbase article and select "properties" and it should list the URL there.

As for adding links to the kbase articles (or any external pages), just edit the page and put in [url text] where the url is the URL of the kbase article, and text is the text displayed in the page. Note that for external links, there is only one [ (rather than the usual two for internal wiki links).

[edit] Zezima rune market

I was reading your Runescape Terms (:-D, they're great), and I read one about Zezima ruining the rune market. I haven't been around very long and was wondering if you could elaborate ... ;-).

   Jathsen   (talk ° Contribs #)  03:57, 25 June 2008 (UTC)

When Zezima first hit Smithing 99, becoming RuneScape's third 99 Smith, he started free smithing when there was a monopoly on it, crashing the prices of all the Smithing-only Rune items. Tarikochi 00:20, 7 July 2008 (UTC)
