[edit] RSWP
I thought you should have a look at this newspaper from a wiki I used to edit. I used to be a recipient of it, and it was mailed to my talk page every month. I think the RSWP should be a bit more like this, so users don't have to dig up the links. [1] ~

Here's something else you might want to model the RSWP on: [2]. ~

- I like the layout of the Star Wars Fanon. The tabs across the top make it easy to find articles and stuff. If we could, it would be great to have a more professional design for our paper. Even just having tabs like the fanon uses would be cool. I don't care as much for the Avatar one. The news doesn't seem as useful, and much of what it covers our wiki has readily available elsewhere on our site. I'm not sure how our wikians would take to getting a newspaper directly delivered monthly. Have we tried to get a link on the Community tab? That seems like the best—and least intrusive—way to let wikians know about the paper.Horsehead Talk 01:26, September 6, 2009 (UTC)
- Heyas, Jack, I gotta say, I really like the look of the Star Wars Fan Fiction newspaper, the tabs look neat and professional. The Avatar one is.... Okay, but I don't care much for it. So...I think we should reorganize the main page of the RSWP(The index, I believe it's called. I jsut thought of some new ideas I'm gonna go work on... Also, I should have the editorial on Excl's vid in time. Though I must say, nothing encourages you to get to work like deadlines,
. Another thing, thanks for coming wiht moi through the wilderness, and thanks for protecting me when my browser accidently quit. I owe you something, and you can come to collect. And I plan to do it again sometime, but with more preperation. ANd now to end this long comment, my new signature :--

- In response to your question about the monthly delivery, Horse, there's a page where you can sign up and a bot delivers each issue. I don't think there would be any complaints as it is entirely optional to sign up. ~

at some point in the interview last night, I told him of the importance of the interview due to the papers current situation (with that making it official thread, and what not.) We thought it would be best for me to go and write down some questions for him and come back to do the interview in a few days. I should probubly also ask enigma for some questions, as he is a master merch. if you have any ideas, post on my talk (I think a link to it can be found by clicking on the runecrafting icon on my sig.) [edit] RSWNP Article
Hey Jack, this is the same message I left for Chia. It's basically a "pilot" for the minigame of the month series that I told you and Chia I'd be starting. I'd like it to be in the October RSWNP.
Title: Minigame of the Month - Castle Wars
Category: Editorials
By: Mirrorofwood
Hey guys, Mirror here. I'm going to be starting a monthly series, called Minigame of the Month. Each month, I shall review a new minigame (or minigames) until I have covered every fun little game in Runescape. I hope you enjoy.
To review minigames, one must understand what minigames are first. Now, after reading this, I'm sure you're thinking "Are you kidding? Everyone knows what minigames are!" But I don't believe that's the case. Everyone looks at minigames from a different perspective. So, what is a minigame?
- Leevclarke: A minigame is a game within a game.
- Chaos Monk: A minigame is a collaboration of players getting together usually for a common good or goal.
- Vex 327: Really, a game inside of a game.
As you can see, a minigame isn't such a concrete thing as you'd expect...fine, it is. It's a game inside a game. But what makes these little games in games so worth playing? Why not just play the regular game? Why do we play minigames?
- Leevclarke: I play minigames for a fun way to earn exp, mostly. I always prefer to earn exp rather than cash, and free items (such as runes) are a bonus.
- Chaos Monk68: I play for the skill training, practice, and to talk mostly.
- Vex 327: I play for the great rewards. They're also pretty fun.
While a few people may say that they play for "fun," only those players with impossibly high levels truly play minigames for fun. And while these minigames are fun, people play them to get something out of them. Whether it's easy experience in skills, money, or items that help get faster experience in skills, there are few that do more than go through the motions of minigames. But if you embrace the minigame, then these games within a game can truly be "fun." That's the goal of this series. To help you have fun with every minigame. And I'll be having lots of fun along with you.
Now, I'm going to start with a classic minigame. Good vs. Evil, Blue vs. Red, Saradomin vs. Zamorak, in a classic game of - you know it - capture the flag. Castle Wars is perhaps the simplest minigame in Runescape, probably because everyone who plays it has likely played its real-life counterpart at some point in their lives. The aim is easy - capture your opponents flag, bring it back to your base, and make sure your opponent doesn't do the same to you. Do this as many times as you can within a time frame of 20 minutes. Oh, and don't die. The game doesn't give you any runes or arrows, and won't return any to you after it's over. You also can't bring any non-combat items into the game, but everything combat related is allowed. The team with the most points (earned from successfully capturing a flag) at the end of the time limit wins.
At the beginning of this review, I had not played Castle Wars once. By the end, I will have played it once. That's all anyone needs for a legitimate review. Whatever the game impresses on you, shows its flaws and advantages. Since I wasn't sure how to play, I went where I always go when I don't know about something in RS - the RuneScape Wiki.
After reading up, I was ready to begin. I won't go over all the specifics of the arena, noteably the giant catapult, stepping stones, collapsible rocks, and middle island, but you know where to find them if you want to read up. Upen entering, there are several items you can use, located in a supply room. You can only use those non-combat items provided in the game. There are bandages which heal 10% of your HP, climbing ropes for climbing enemy castles, barricades to slow down opponents, and possibly block them, pickaxes to cave in your opponents with collapsible rocks, toolkits to repair broken catapults and doors, explosives to blow up barricades and collapse rocks (can only be used once) and to commit suicide, buckets to put out fires, rocks as ammo for the catapult, and tinderboxes for setting fire to your barricades and the catapults.
Being the simplest minigame, it has so many tactics and roles to fulfill, if I listed them all it would take a week. Besides, I'm only a combat level 68, and the wiki says to only play CW at lvl 75 and up unless you only want the rewards. Naturally, I ignored this, and I'll be trying to fulfill every role, although I won't be able to do over half of them. Luckily, it's a safe minigame, so I won't be losing anything. After waiting in a room with a bunch of people who had all stolen my fashion idea for the day, the game began.
I'm not sure if I set up any barricades, because I learned after it was too late that there was a max of 10 per team. I made a few runs for the flag, all unsuccessful. Otherwise, the game was quite uneventful, with me dying about every other minute, but having a bit of fun nonetheless, defending my empty flag holder from enemies. Anyway, my team won! After the game exploded in post-game lag (everyone run out of the room at once!) I saw my reward. 2 tickets. Which is worth absolutely nothing. The rewards in the game are a series of decorative armour and weapons, which can be worn or displayed in a POH (usually the latter). The most expensive armour costs 600 tickets for each item! With the most you can earn in a game being 2 tickets, I don't know how much time I'll be spending with Castle Wars for the rewards. But what do some more-experienced players think of it?
- Leevclarke: I don't really like it...I want more CW reward tokens though. So I can put the armour into my house.
- Chaos Monk68: An oldie but goodie. Usually good, until people collapse the cave.
- Vex 327: To be honest, it's boring. I'm not really into those "mass player vs. player" games.
Well....it looks like I'm gonna have to try this again at a higher level. My final rating for Castle Wars is 8 barricades out of 10. See you next month!
There you go. I'd also like to include a poll at the end, although I am unsure how to code this in. Poll:Do you like to play Castle Wars?
- Yeah, I love it!
- Meh, it's alright.
- No, I don't like it.
- I don't know, I've never tried it.
Thanks again in advance.--

[edit] Newbie's Guide to Comics
Well, if you want to start reading comics, I recommend you start off with a sourcebook or handbook. If you don't know what that is, it's pretty much a guide to characters and/or events that have happened in the comics. Something such as this [3] could help you catch up with what's happened in 60 year's worth of comics. Sometimes the comic(s) depicting the origins of certain characters are expensive and/or hard to find, in which case I suggest you look for a reprint. Depending on your favourite characters, I recommend the following:
Avengers:
- Avengers: Earth's Mightiest Heroes (volume one)
- Avengers Disassembled (I found this a little confusing, but it was still a good comic)
The New Avengers:
- The New Avengers, Volume One: Breakout
- The New Avengers, Volume Two
- The New Avengers, Volume Three (there are a bunch of volumes of the New Avengers, but I can't remember their names)
X-Men:
- Astonishing X-Men Volume One: Gifted
- X-Men: E is for Extinction
- X-Men: Messiah Complex
Spider-Man
- Spider-Man: Death of the Stacys
- Spider-Man: New Ways to Die (I haven't read this myself but I've heard it's very good)
- Spider-Man: Birth of Venom
Fantastic Four
- I don't really read much Fantastic Four, so I'm probably not the person to speak to regarding this.
Wolverine
- Wolverine: Enemy of the State (there are two volumes of this)
- Wolverine: Get Mystique (I recommend reading X-Men: Messiah Complex first, to understand what Mystique did to betray the X-Men)
Marvel Events (these are comics that involve many different characters in large-scale situations):
- Infinity Gauntlet
- Civil War (I loved Civil War, I highly recomend it)
- House of M (you have to have read Avengers Disassembled to understand House of M, but it's still kinda confusing)
- Planet Hulk
- World War Hulk (you have to have read Planet Hulk to understand World War Hulk)
- Secret Invasion
You can also pick up Marvel magazines at good newsagencies. Often these contain small, non-canon stories more suited for kids. I used to buy lots of these to get a feel for the characters before you start reading some of the comics I mentioned above.
Hope this helps.

Hey Jack, I noticed that the RSWP has quite a few listings on the page Special:WantedPages. I was going to clean them up by adding stubs, but then I thought I should ask someone in RSWP how you wanted to handle this. I didn't know what kind of format you wanted the stubs to be, and I wasn't sure if you wanted to remove the links until the actual article exists. I'd be happy to help with the cleanup, I just didn't want to step on anyone's toes. Let me know. Cheers, Tollerach talk

[edit] The Hive (fan fiction)
Day 1 Unblocked the tunnel in the far south caves. Me, Pick, Junior and Brunson were sent into the tunnels while the rest of us wait outside to see the results of the initial prospecting. After all, we have no idea what those goblins could possibly be thinking right now. I heard a mention of some Dorgesh-Kaan while they fled up their crude ladders to the top of the chasm. Whether this is one of their barbaric leaders or some settlement I am unsure, but I feel confident with the rest of my team protecting my back.
Day 3 After expanding the narrow corridor (strange that such a thing should exist in what might as well be an abandoned or collapsed mine shaft), we found that the ground is mostly comprised of sandstone, which is absolutely no use to us. Who could possibly make any sort of structure out of a rock that crumbles in your very hands? Pick says he has seen some glimmers in the wall, but his flask is making a louder sloshing than the rest of ours. There’s some strange clicking sounds, as well. Must be the echolocation of bats. I wonder where they exit?
Day 4 The clicking grows louder, and Pick has come back from a deeper part of the ever-mysterious corridor raving about giant fleas coming to eat us all. We have been forced to subdue him and give him some rest for the remainder of the day. Or, at least what feels like day after waking up from a strictly regimented nap. I swear, the one use we may have for this sandstone is breaking it down for more accursed hour-glasses.
Day 5 The horror! The fleas are not fleas at all, but green, bulbous creatures with waving antennae and razor sharp mandibles! We were only saved by Brunson’s quick thinking to duck behind rubble while we take them out with our javelins. A cruder ranged weapon you could not find, but it was the best we could prepare from ax-handles and scrap iron. The monsters that we haven’t killed disappeared, but not before gobbling up the rest of our javelins and a good amount of our swords. Even after we asked for more from the backup team, we knew we would face shortages. I know Pick is not getting his intoxicated hands on my blade. Junior is very distressed by this whole affair. I wonder if we should send him back with the other team.
Day 6 The worst has happened. The tunnel connecting us with the rest of the team has collapsed, leaving us with no exit. The situation seems even more dire, and our fat packs of provisions are deflated. The only food source left is these tan larva pulsating across the floor. Tan as the sandstone, they are. Pick has been allowed to move around, and his mind has gone to war. He immediately decided to barricade our small encampment with the rock excavated from the first few days, and who was I to say no? I worry for Junior, who has lost all hope. The clicks of those monstrosities are growing louder, so we must make haste in our work.
Day 9 The fighting has taken its toll. We are out of food, and the only thing left is the flesh of the “fleas”. We have fought off most of the smaller ones, but we have quickly gone into hiding. Not even a sound has been made for at least the past 2 days as even larger ones have come by to defend their brethren. They are about the size than the size of four full grown men heaped together in a pile. Funny that I should make that comparison. That is how our lives have been in this cave for quite a while now.
Day 10 They got Brunson! He was dragged off in the monsters jaws, bleeding profusely. I doubt that he will survive, but we need to search for him. Junior is too unstable to bring along in the search, and Pick isn’t much of a fighter, but somewhere along the line he found the time to prepare some very nice traps that should put a stop to those monsters. I just hope they aren’t intelligent…
Day 11 Well, we retrieved him. I honestly don’t know if he will make it. He is sweating uncontrollably, as if he has a fever. He slips in and out of consciousness, refusing to eat or drink. This whole situation troubles me. They seemed to know our traps. As if they had observed the walls and supports and even knew their weak points. Even though they showed no sign of communication, they attacked the trap in unison in a desperate attempt to crush us. I can only hope that the rubble will stop them while we can tunnel out.
Day 13 Bad luck at its height. Our entry tunnel is un-clearable, with the rocks seemingly made of some sort of granite that our pickaxes cannot penetrate. But, the corridor…corridor…such a long time since I honestly called these tunnels that. I have no doubt in my mind now that this isn’t some coincidental curiosity or a dead mine, but a home. A hive of those creatures. But I digress. We seem to actually be in a U-shaped bend in the tunnel, with the one to our right leading ever deeper into the cavern system, and the one to our left ending in a dead-end. We have moved our supplies there, along with Brunson, who is beginning to recover from death’s doorstep. The dead end has a dome shape to its roof, indicating that it can be…and has been…the site of an attempted exit. Junior has stopped his fits of depression and sadness at this news, and I hope it will last.
Forgive me for a second entry in the same day, but the most curious thing was discovered! The roof above us wasn’t the ceiling of the tunnel, but a false one! Whoever bothered to go to such trouble to conceal the cylindrical shape must have had a great deal of time and materials. The roof seemed to be made out of paper and sticks that had rotted from age.
Day 15 After tunneling a small shaft, we have pierced to the surface. This would normally be a great discovery, except for one problem. As far as we can tell, the tunnel wall is unsuitable for carving some sort of ladder, and our rope is not long enough to be used as some sort of grapple, even if we had a hook to use it with. There is little or no hope for us now. There must be a way to penetrate that other tunnel! We will take it down, if it is the last thing I do.
Day 16 Pick is heavily injured, and is displaying symptoms similar to that of Brunson, who almost killed himself trying to fight off one of them. He got fed up and hurled a boulder at one, smashing its leg and forcing it to retreat. He showed intense bravery, facing down a creature of such monstrous size and power. We have formed a crude explosive with saltpeter and charcoal, and have planted it to the rubble blocking our way to freedom. The cavern seems to be shaking with anger, as if a giant is stomping its feet in rage. The tiny insects that we first encountered have completely disappeared, and I have seen flashes of a green creature bigger than the likes of any I have seen before. I doubt that we will make it through another night
This journal has been left hidden in this location because this story needs to be told. Told as a warning against curiosity. Even If I do escape, I will have no need for this item. To be frank, there is no way that any sane man could forget these memories. Junior seems to be going mad, using little bits of rope and sinew from the dead creatures combined with bones to create a grapple to escape. Even if he does get out of here, I doubt that his mind will remain intact. Saradomin save us all.

[edit] RS:WP
Jack... We have a problem. With the new system, we don't have anywhere to put the next month's content. We can't put it on the main page, as it will be rough and not ready for release. I hear Quarenon is working on some 'RSWP delivery bot' but I don't really understand the nature of the system. This is what I need to really know:
- Is Quarenon working on a bot? If yes, what is the Bot going to be programmed to do? Also, will this have any effect on the current format?
- Which issue are we working on? I thought it was October, but seeing as it's November, I assume we are working on Decembers issue.
- As the Main Page is for displaying the current issue, the next issue needs a section for working on as well. I need your opinion on this.
I need a response rather quickly. On a side note, I was wondering what you thought of RSC and its release. Thoughts? --

- Okay, so here's what I need to do:
- Make a new page for the testing of the next issue for the RSWP.
- Figure out a way for all the editors to know where it is, without putting it on the Main page.
- Set up the Main Page for the December issue.
- Fix the last issue to match with a 'November theme'.
- Appoint more editors for the RSWP.
- Find out how to effectively use Qbot's services to the Wiki.
- Finish the old RSWP archives.
- Finish writing SoB - Chapter 7.
- Uggh, looks like I've got my work cut out for me... -.-
- Thanks, anyhow. --

- Okay, the messagin system definetely works, I've check Qbot's contribs, and it messaged everyone within the time of one minute. The question is, what are we going to use it for? Are we going to use Qbot to deliver the RSWP by having it place a message on the user's talk page? Or let others know their deadlines, or...? --

I wanted to ask if you could obtain for me a Seed pod from the G.E. and sell it to me on Sunday for 25% more than what you paid for it, so I can do Recipe for Disaster. Cheers, --

We talked briefly on the clanchat about Wikinews, and this is something for you to check out:
The organization of this website is perhaps overkill, but the way they process submissions for editorial review is something that perhaps we can use here to help streamline the editorial process for the RSWP. I hope that helps. --Robert Horning 14:44, November 24, 2009 (UTC)
[edit] Money Making Method
Sorry I had to go, I wasn't meant to be on the computer. I couldn't sneak on to respond until now. >_<
The money making method is as follows:
- Buy all of the Zamorak mage's water runes, earth runes and death runes
- Go to Varrock Square and buy all of Zaff's battlestaves (NOT his elemental staves)
- Go to Aubury and buy the same: water runes, earth runes and death runes
- Home teleport to Lumbridge and buy all the feathers from the Fishing shop
- Run to Shantay Pass and buy all of Shantay's feathers
- Teleport to the cabbage patch and walk to Port Sarim
- Buy all of Betty's waters, earths and deaths
- Buy all feathers from the Fishing shop
- Teleport to Ardougne and buy all the vial of water packs from the Ardougne general store
- Pay 30 coins to sail to Brimhaven, then pay Hajedy 10 coins to go to Shilo Village
- At Shilo Village, buy all of the vial, vial of wate and eye of newt packs
- Buy all the feathers from Shilo Village's Fishing shop
- Go to Miscellania (I use fairy ring code C-I-P, you can take a boat from Rellekka), and buy all of the feathers from the Fishmonger there.
- Take a boat to Rellekka and buy all of the Fishmonger's feathers there
- Teleport to Yanille using your Ring of Dueling and claim 84 buckets of sand from Bert (if you've done The Hand in the Sand).
- Continue to the Wizard's Guild, and buy all of their waters, earths and deaths.
- Use the games necklace to teleport to Burthorpe. Walk to the Herblore shop in Taverley and buy all their eye of newt and vial packs.
- Go back to Varrock. Open all the vial, vial of water and eye of newt packs. Sell all the runes, vials, newt eyes and feathers on the Grand Exchange and claim your profit. Do this every day to make up to 3m per week!
Enjoy the cash.

[edit] POST SNOW IN THE HOUSE
Hey Jack, This is what happened while it snowed. Read away!
It's lucky for us to snow, as this is the first time it snowed and piled up in................5 years...
Now it is over, but some of the ice is still left. I made a snowman, and here is a description of what he looks like:
- About 15 inches tall.
- White.
- Wearing sunglasses, resting on a piece of wood 4 inches long.
- An empty can for a hat.
- Short, plastic forks for arms, with baby socks as mittens.
- Dirty with grass and leaves inside.
- About 5 inches in diameter.
So, place that in your head, and you'll get something like that...
Best Regards,

[edit] Best Quests
I love quests. For me, quests define Runescape. It’s like a great story, with outrageous plot turns and twists. Which is why I try not to be too reliant on quest guides, preferring to use them to just be generally prepared (i.e. items). Anyway, I’d classify myself as a ‘quester’, and hope to get a Quest points skill cape before level 100.-and as such, I’ve done alot of quests. So I thought it would be best if I gave a stamp of approval to certain quests, and quest series. So, here it is. (Keep in mind that these are my personal favourites, and not the wiki’s as a whole). My First Quest: Alot of people start of their questing career in Runescape with the quest Cooks Assistant. To be honest, I couldn’t do it. I could never quite find that egg, nor could I quite find that mill. Instead, I didn’t quest until level 32, around the time when I started to look at the quest list, and realised that my attack level wasn’t my combat level. A specific name “Vampire Slayer” captivated me, and held me in its dubious grip and refused to let me go till the cold(er than normal) carcass of Count Draynor lay twitching at my feet in his final death throes. My lust for questing was born then, and I doubt it will ever be fully sated. Hardest Quest: Well, I haven’t done While Guthix Sleeps yet, so that’s a no-no for me. Out of all the quests I’ve done, Monkey Madness has been my hardest. Unlike Summers End, where sheer perseverance was necessary or Desert Treasure where a good set of equipment was necessary ,Monkey Madness kept me on my toes for weeks, as I tried to avoid Gorilla Guards, hide from Monkey Archers, navigate tunnels and avoid zombies and slay a mighty Demon. My favourite quest series: This is one of the hardest choices for me, as nothing is like a story with good sequels. I first fully got into the Myreque quests. While before, I had only appreciated quests due to the various rewards and sense of achievement it gave me, I finally recognised the excellent guiding plots the clever writers at Jagex has developed (it’s a pity they’re not clever enough to officially recognise us) – no doubt due to it containing my first major cutscene. I ached for a chance to kick back at the insidious and undeniably evil vampire Vanstrom Clause, and I was greatly pleased to find that there were several sequels! I’ve taken part in every quest series (with the exception of the Lunar Isles series, which I plan to start in a week or so) and this in my honest opinion outruns all others. Legacy of Seergaze was a bit of a letdown, but ah well. My Favourite Quest: So here it is. The big daddy quest. I first considered the Darkness of Hallowvale. With all that jumping around, dodging hissing bat creatures, and watching vampires plot, it seemed the obvious choice. It was even part of my favourite quest series! I also considered Desert Treasure. It made me take note of locations I had been to before, but had simply walked past. It also offered some very close combats- the most notable being me running circles around Damis with the aid of an energy potion, purely because I had run out of food as was waiting for my hitpoints to reload. But, whereas the other options have been quite hard for me, my choice for this quest was clear. Enakhras Lament. Unlike all quests I had done previously, it showed me some of the ancient history of Runescape. It showed anger deliberately directed at my player, and required alot of skill. Which is why I loved it. The plight of Akathankos intrigued and captivated me, the Mahjarrat caught me, the boneguard attacked me and the cut-scenes made it an amazing quest for me. Thanks Jagex!
(Inform me if this isn't exactly the type of article you wanted, or if it's too short. Cheers).

[edit] Editorial - Prayer: a noob skill?
Prayer: A noob skill? Who here is somewhat proficient at prayer? Raise your hands, now. Out of all of those people who just raised their hand, who has been called a noob for using prayer in a PVP situation? Chances are: all of you. It seems to be an opinion that is expressed towards anyone that isn’t a pure. For some reason, people seem to think that because they choose to not train their prayer skill, it is an unfair advantage in combat. When I duel friends, they say, “Hey, you had prayer on. This time, you can’t use prayer so it’ll be fair.” I have even heard from another player that they believe that prayer should not even be considered a skill.
What is it, specifically, that those players hate about prayer? It seems to narrow down to the fact that you can instantly remove 40% of their damage with the click of a mouse, and with another selection can increase your strength by more than what a strength potion could do, and then simply recharge that power later. Instead of actually training this skill themselves, they simply curse those who do with a belief that their godsword and 5 hours a day of training strength can instantly silence those prayers before they even form in our mouths.
But, not to fear. This is actually an overwhelming minority’s belief. I did a little bit of detective work myself, and these are the results of the survey I conducted on who thought that prayer is actually a “noob skill”:
Castlewars: 3 no 0 yes
Duel Arena: No response
Fist of Guthix: No response
Soul Wars: No response
Now, it may seem like I just didn’t actually try to find any answers, but I don’t think this is true. It seems to be more about the fact that most players who enjoy killing one another have more important things to do than name calling.
Personally, I’m just glad to find out that one of the combat skills isn’t as illegitimate as a few players would lead us to believe.

[edit] Gnome Restaurant Review
I have picked my favorite minigame, the Gnome Restaurant, for my review. Here goes Nothing...
I love the Gnome Restaurant minigame. It is a very fun minigame, if done right, but it is, in many ways, tragically ignored. On release, the minigame was undoubtedly a very popular choice, But now, years upon yearsd later, it is very ignored. Many players fight for the sought after Gnome Goggles and Gnome scarf, as well as the much coveted mint cake, which is daily rising in price as a hard to obtain item. Many players even figure that the mint cake is obtained as a one-time reward from the Path of Glouphrie quest. I find it to be a huge suprise that players don't play this game all day every day. Considering it gives low amounts of Cooking experience, and only requires 42 Cooking to be able to cook any of the foods in gnome cuisine, it is very easy to get the requirements for this minigame. It also gives many covetous rewards that can fetch millions in under a week. I recently played the minigame for about 5 days. I had a lot of bad luck with the Captains Daerkin and Ninto, who are the only two that can give the gnome goggles and scarf. They decided I only deserved a pair of goggles, so in that 5 days, I only made 1.3 millions coins. I have heard stories of friends on this very wiki that have managed to get 2-3 scarves in a day, meaning they make as much as 6-7M per day! But, besides these covetous rewards, players can get many other things such as gems, adamant crossbow bolts, key halves, and coins. In addition to this, you can premake all of the food you deliver and let it sit in the bank, and when it is time for the delivery, take it out of the banks right next to Gianne Junior, take the food out, and deliver away. A skillful user who has access to spirit trees, gliders, and fairy rings can make almost every delivery within 3 minutes, even if you make the food fresh every time. Another helpful factor is that with every delivery you get points with the restaurant, and you can use the reward token to get extra food delivered on site. This can be VERY helpful
if you are doing hard deliveries, because it can save the hassle of making the food, as these items that are delivered are not premade and can be delivered to people. These are especially useful if you are doing a delivery to Penwie, Brambickle, Wingstone, Ninto, or Daerkin, as they give you a better chance of getting there fast and receiving one of the three rarest items talked about above. I find this minigame to be very rewarding and fun, but ignored where ignorance should not be.-- Yödapen6 Edits
