GEMW Market Index Edit

Hey Azaz, I noticed that the GEMW overall index graph was essentially the same graph as the graph of the price for the clean snapdragon. I was just wondering what the coding was because I feel the code is giving the snapdragon too much weight in the calculation of the index, just because the value of the item is a lot more than any of the other items.  Lil cloud 9 ^Talk 01:09, September 17, 2010 (UTC)

Bot flag Edit

Hi Azaz,

Liquid told me that you could give me a bot flag for User:CookBot because I was flooding up the RecentChanges. Can that be done without a thread? Note that I had consensus anyway for a flag but I withdrew. It's Cook's afterbirth day! 02:34, September 18, 2010 (UTC)

I told Cook that he should create an AWB account to differentiate between the truly automated edits that he might do from the semi-automated AWB edits that he will do. Completely automated edits require a different level of trust, so it's better to differentiate the two. Furthermore, an AWB account will be eligible for sysop tools without an RfA; the same cannot be said of the bot account. Lastly, I don't think the consensus is valid here, as community consensus for a bot flag only covers the task presented (or derivatives of that task). It would only be valid if what was proposed is exactly what he's going to be doing, something I doubt with a general-purpose AWB account. --King Liquidhelium^Talk 02:46, September 18, 2010 (UTC)

I feel like the name is not particularly important. I hope you can trust me to not make automated edits, which I don't plan to do (I don't even know how to use pywikibot). I admit the thread that I mentioned is not completely valid, but it involves AWB and it was the closest thing I could find. If you really care that much about the name, I'll make a new account, but I don't see the point. CookBot is already allowed to use AWB, but any other account I would use would have to get registered for it, which would put me in the unique position of having three AWB accounts. Bot flag pease Edit

I created User:Hedonism Bot for when I go on AWB sprees. Can you please sysop and bot flag it? I would like sysop on that account because I'll be doing lots of image moving/replacing and I don't want to have to log out of that account and back into Psycho Robot to do the actual delete/move. I decided that AWB accounts need their own hilite. So, I took the bot's purple and gave it to the AWB group. I reverted the bot group back to its old orange color. My rationale for this is that I expect bots to be used more than AWB accounts, so I would prefer to have bots stand out. New fiscal year Edit

In a week, a new fiscal year will begin. It will have its huge amount of out of control government spending on things that are absolutely ridiculous. Entitlements are higher than ever; yet, no one wants to take the politically dangerous path of fiscal responsibility. Earmarks and pork barrel spending still unchecked, despite the campaign promises that have been made on this issue (presumably because getting the votes are more important than wasting taxpayer money). Azaz, do you mind running a checkuser on Cook? He says he has a secondary main account that he's used to edit here before. It's one account per person, except for bots/AWB. Oasis Edit

I hate it also, and I cannot believe that wikia would restrict us so tightly for what we can put in our CSS. What are the benefits of image attribution? If an editor is here to see "Image added by Psycho Robot", then that editor needs to GTFO. >.< Oh, and I'd say that the wikis are nearing a state of open rebellion... But, Wikia is like Jagex. It never listens to what its users actually want. However, Wikia is big enough that it can survive any blow, unless all of its active wikis leave. All it needs to survive is to have enough users left to recruit some fresh blood and get the wikis going again, akin to the Wilderness Removal. Signature heroes' Edit

Dear Arzaz129,

According to the three picture artworks of Ariane, Ozan and Sir Ewain I have come to the conclusion that these three pieces look like the three characters in the centre of this image. So, if you, as I, see this then could the two

other characters be Linza and Raptor, of course this might just be myself. I decided that it would be a bad decision to post this to the Signature Heroes article without permission from at least one Administrator. This image, as you may well have seen before earlier this year, came from the Dugeoneering advertisement.

My honest opinion is that you should just stay; hence, the DAP isn't an issue. However, since that doesn't seem too likely to happen, the next best course of action is to just turn it over to someone you trust. Just ask one person. Maybe two, if you really can't decide. hey a player messaged me saying that they worked for runescape and wanted me to go to a site and log in to my rs account and become worker for runescape but i did not log in on the site that "R S Franky" (the person that was trying to get my account) wanted me to. i was just wondering if that was for real or not i dont think that it was but im not sure.
