In particular, I don't see how laughing at those who get banned, calling people idiots or annoying, or telling them to "GTFO" helps the matter. Hello Andorin. 
To my knowledge I have not violated RS:3RR as I never made a 4th edit within 24 hours. Secondly, the problem is not unique outfits.. it is the same outfit over and over and over and over and over and over again. Those quotes are some pieces from the past, where the community decided to bring the monotonous appearance and signing in images to an end. I tried to stay within 500kb size with the animation, which caused a little loss of quality in the image. That wasn't too bad, because everyone can still see the subject at a reasonable quality. However if I had known that people asked for more, than a simple template would have done fine. After which I could dig up the original video capture and re-render the image at a higher quality. However some particular person has to overwrite my effort without taking other policies and people in account.

Forum:RS:IRC and the impersonation rule reopened Edit
The channel successfully petitioned Cook to reopen the thread. When you're able to comment, you can now do so. The IRC operators were arguing about the result of the thread again, and I brought up the fact that you didn't have a good voice in the debate and that the thread was still being actively discussed when it was closed. Cook agreed that it was closed too soon, so it is now open again.

I don't think it is appropriate to say that, as even the worst vandals deserve a warning, so removing something from your talk page wouldn't deserve an immediate block. The problem was that the code required to have the template show without coping text direct was wrong by 1 letter after a change a while back to the wikia engine and i had forgot to change it. It was already a template and I think it is now fixed.

In runescape i just logged out in front of the barrows chest with a full inventory, then if you go into the combat beta and import save over and over and over again, you eventually get the items and since your inventory is full the item gets dropped to the floor unbroken, takes anywhere from 5 minutes to 20 minutes to get an item but worth it for the image. --

Hi, I'm Pulse daemon. I don't here edit very much, but I do look through certain things here. I happened to see your request on the RS:UH. I thought that the pipes (|) might be causing the problem at first, but this wasn't the case. At {{{members35}}}, the constitution link was missing the closing "]]". The same thing occured at {{{members80}}} with the dungeoneering link. That took a while to find... If this is what you were looking for, please leave a message on my talk page at Patapedia (it's preferable for me, thanks). The fixed table can be found here. If you ever need any help, use my talk page on Patapon Wiki.p2p and f2p wouldn't do badly as variables, but that's probably not changing. Consider adding a pipe after each variable ({{{1|}}} for it to be automaticly empty when there's no defined value.

Very unfair ban. (and edit revert) Edit
Hello. I made an edit a few days ago on the great duplication glitch providing additional information about the software of the cause (which I found on the developers site, where he has a timeline about autorune, which he no longer distributes) and I decided to put a ref link to verify that this was official information, only to find out that the next day the edit had been reverted (no reason displayed) by you and I had been banned for a week for "suspicious links".
Now, I don't know why you couldn't just check if the link was unsafe or not because if you went through the source of the site I can gurantee you that there wasn't anything different with it than other sources from this wiki.
Banning me immidietly and not discussing the things on my talk page is in my opinion very unprofessional and the fact that there was no rule that I broke only makes this worse for me.

- But the thing is that AutoRune doesn't exist anymore (Or atleast isn't in this guys hands, he stated that he dumped the project in 2004 because it was destroying the game) and there are no downloads on the site. This was even the only section of his site that still exists, if you go to the main page you can see it's blank. The only resource on the site is the history of AutoRune and some other stuff he created. - Having being asked by Andorin to check into this, I have to agree with his action. The site in question is specifically about cheating on RuneScape and advertising other sites about cheating. Even though the site is old, it still spreads the message of "cheating in RuneScape is good". The revdel of the link was warranted for this; and a revdel link is by nature blockable for posting.

- Keeping it untemplated means placing it directly into the box in my preferences. These are global, across all wikis, of course. So the signature is exactly the same on every other wiki as it is here.

The AutoWikiBrowser regulations refer to the use of, well, AutoWikiBrowser, and I've been doing these manually -- it's faster. If you had been around for the last two years you would have seen that this was a regular occurrence that other people got used to.
If you can give me a good reason why my doing this actually has a negative impact on you or the rest of the wiki I might consider stopping, but I see no reason why I need "entitlement" to edit fast.

I've been removing that from other quests too. Feel free to add it to the quick guide, but for an actual quest guide that documents the lore and storyline of what is happening? Come on... That's just a cheap way of... almost "abusing" the new tutorial. One could just as easily use a fairy ring, amongst other methods. People are free to use that tutorial teleport method thing, but let's not advocate it in a quality guide pleaaaase. It's fine in quick guides, people reading those don't care about anything happening in the quest (how odd they are).

- The image I uploaded (the most recent one) is actually not from the OoO perspective. Jagex has implemented an option to zoom your screen in, and that is what I have done. it would just be the same without the zoom, but smaller. Haidro (talk) 07:10, November 11, 2012 (UTC)

Granted, this was a few years ago, but I would assume that such an action would still be seen as against the spirit of the Rf system - because, to be frank, it is. Completely ignoring the large amount of people who support the desysop compared to the singular few who oppose it, those who support have evidence to back up their claims. Requesting re-closure of Forum:Problems with AnselaJonla Part 2Edit
Hi Andorin. I am requesting that someone else close the thread that I linked above for the following reasons:
- You are not a bureaucrat, which makes me believe that your lack of being able to enforce a desysop in this case colored the decision you made.
- You pre-wrote your statement three or four days ago, which besides being a no-no (as we talked about earlier) missed a few of the final comments. As you were very secretive about what you had previously written, I have no way of knowing if your closure changed in any way due to that. I think that in itself is a problem.
- I do not trust your judgment, period. You have a history of trying to go against the grain for no apparent reason, you have little to no involvement in Yew Grove or closures, as you state yourself. You are not the right person to close something like this. A bureaucrat is.
- Now, on to your actual closure: it's completely incongruous with the actual comments that people made on the thread. You are taking your personal opinion of the matter, and of how RS:UTP should be applied to admins, and using that small thing to determine the entirety of your closure. It seems obvious from the thread you started that the community doesn't agree with that point of view to begin with. The way you closed it doesn't square with what the community actually thinks.
With that in mind, I think someone else with a more community-centric and less "activist" view of thread closure (i.e. a bureaucrat, again) should close the thread. You made a poor decision. It's Cook's afterbirth day! 08:58, June 17, 2013 (UTC)
- I'd like to reiterate a couple of Cook's points above, specifically two:
- Pre-writing your statement - This is a colossal nope, regardless of the forum. To use a recent example from my own experience, let us take Forum:Regarding the user "Imxor Solmo" another UTP based thread. I wrote the closing statement at the point where I closed it. It took me a few hours to get the wording correct, but none of it was pre-written. My own thoughts were perhaps mildly formed, but nowhere near set in stone. I read over the thread many, many times before finally posting my comments to make sure nothing was missed. To use a pre-written statement (and I'll imagine you adapted it to suit more recent events) suggests your overall closure was set in stone and you were willing to overlook some members of the community, which is essentially a violation of RS:SAOW.
- A bureaucrat should have closed the thread - There is very little precedent for desysoping anyone for misuse of tools or breach of policy. Even less so on who should close it. However, I feel we should use the precedent set by the opposite of this example: RfA. There is of course some internal discussion about what bureaucrats mean to the community, whether they should exist, etc. However, the fact remains that they are chosen because their judgement is unquestioned. Even with the 2 RfB's I have seen in my relatively short time here both have taken neutrality as a relevant factor. The fact that this comment and Cook's even exist is enough for me to consider asking someone else to close the thread.
As for the latest thread regarding Ansela's tools (which is essentially what it is) demonstrates that you did not have absolute surety in your final decision. The thread shows that UTP infractions may be enough to warrant a desysop, but you were unwilling to be bold enough to set a precedent in this case. I would expect every sysop to be able to explain their actions, but the thread shows you played it safe. You did not want to do something that we would later question. I must say I was extremely surprised when I read your closing statement earlier this afternoon. Although I was aware that you previously stated your intention to close this, I still expected a bureaucrat to make the final decision. Considering a bureaucrat is still required to rubber stamp RfAs with unanimous support, I would expect that a bureaucrat would be required to effect a desysop. I trust the current "active" bureaucrats to exhibit more neutrality than any of the active and semi-active sysops.
Secondly, your interpretation of the thread was not something that should be found in a closing statement. The closer should not be attempting to reinterpret the arguments put forward by various editors, they should be using the logic already there. The closure needs to reflect the community consensus, not your own interpretation of it. Your comment should not have been titled "Closed" but "Support block, oppose desysop".
Others have mentioned a precedent that needs to be set. The purpose of these drama festivals is not to conclude on a half-hearted solution and set the scene for another dramafest. There is simply no need to start a new thread, we already have 77 kilobytes of debate to draw upon. The job of the closure was simple, set a precedent so we don't need a Part 3, 4, 5 thread, and we don't need to constantly repeat the same thing over and over in the future. If you didn't feel capable of doing that, you should have left it to a bureaucrat.
As for the other criticisms from the above editors, I'm not going to speculate on the hypothetical influence on you of not being able to implement one decision over another, as I believe it isn't significant enough to reverse a previously made decision, I hope. Finally, Cook and Cam have already said enough about the ridiculousness of pre-writing a closure before discussion concluded at all, so there is little else to say. I suggest you allow a bureaucrat to reclose the thread, so we can prevent any more unnecessary drama. 222 talk 12:03, June 17, 2013 (UTC)
Regarding Ansela's threadsEdit
I have to say that I agree with the what Taylor, Cook, Cam, and Aaron have stated here already. Your closure felt very opinionated, more like a comment supporting a block but opposing the removal of sysop tools. You stated that you couldn't close the thread as "successful" in the manner of removing Ansela's sysop tools because there was no precedent for something like that, and that one must create a second thread for something like that. The entire point of the thread that you closed was that Ansela had been given enough chances and warnings, and quoting from the previous thread that I closed, "Should Ansela be found in violation of UTP, a thread may be created to determine the severity of her breach. If the community determines that the breach warrants a block, her administrative tools may be removed and she may be blocked for a duration to be determined in the thread." That thread was to determine whether or not the community agreed that the severity of the breach warranted a block and/or removal of her tools, and the community overwhelmingly agreed that it did. Your closure clearly does not reflect this statement and completely disregards the purpose of the thread. I am therefore requesting you to amend your closure into a comment/partial support so that a neutral bureaucrat may close the thread. Thanks, Suppa chuppa T C CVRC 14:56, June 17, 2013 (UTC)

I don't know if we read the same thread, because the thread I read had a clear consensus that Ansela should be de-sysopped. The closing comment should represent the opinion of the community as opposed to your own opinion.
On a side note, I don't see how the lack of a precedent is relevant. Community consensus is what matters, not previously determined policies or previous discussions.
