The Rise of a Legend

"Are you ready, Tienjt0?" The young boy nodded eagerly. "Yessir!" "Very well… off you go, boy! Away from this island! It is time you had a taste of the real world." Raising his hands, the old wizard closed his eyes and muttered an incantation. Blue light flashed from his palms. Tienjt0 felt a strange, weightless sensation in his stomach as he rose into the air by some unseen force, the world around him spinning in a dizzying vortex. His legs buckled as he hit solid ground. Regaining his balance, Tienjt0 looked up and found himself standing on the steps leading to a giant stone castle. Young people around his age sat on the steps and chatted amiably to each other. In front of him stood two magnificent marble fountains, bubbling cheerfully amidst the sound of conversation. Turning around, Tienjt0 gazed up at the castle in awe. Tienjt0 suddenly felt lost, as if the sense of purpose that had previously guided him on the island had deserted him. There, he somehow knew exactly what he had to do. But here? Nothing to help him, nothing to aid him in his journey. Whatever his journey was supposed to be... Several minutes went by, during which he rubbed his chin with a confused expression on his face. Then he asked loudly, "What do I do now?" Someone offered him an iron dagger. He accepted it, grasping the handle of the small but deadly weapon. A breathless gasp of joy escaped his lips as the glint of metal sparked a hidden fuse inside him. With this... so many things could happen. At that moment, Tienjt0 knew what he had to do.

Thus begins the story of Tienjt0.

Introduction

Tienjt0 (also known as Usurper Fuji in-game) is the name of a RuneScape Wiki account created by some Asian kid who joined on March 3rd, 2007. He made his first edit exactly three minutes and nineteen seconds later. Since then, he has become very fond of the wiki and can frequently be found "grammarizing" articles, welcoming new users, reverting vandalism/blocking vandals, posting on the wiki forums, and offering his opinion in Yew Grove discussions.

Judging by his very first holiday item, Tienjt0 has been playing Runescape since 2005. He is a very avid skiller who enjoys searching for hidden treasure and taking part in shaping RuneScape's history, but strongly dislikes commiting virtual homicide. Tienjt0's proudest accomplishment was achieving 99 Agility on August 26th, 2009, which took him roughly two and a half months from level 85. His favorite skills are Summoning and Slayer while his least favorite are Runecrafting, and Herblore.

Tienjt0 is not a self-proclaimed grammar fiend; he is a grammar fiend. One would be hard-pressed to find a person who is more obsessed with grammar than Tienjt0. He received a perfect Writing score on the very first SAT (Scholastic Assessment Test) he took and nearly duplicated the feat on his second SAT. Tienjt0 finds his proficiency in the English language amusing because he is not even American, and yet he scored higher than 99% of the students who took the Writing section of the SAT.

Tienjt0 is Chinese; therefore, he must possess acute brainpower. However, this is not the case. He urges people not to automatically assume that he is smart simply because he is Asian. Although he is fairly well-educated, Tienjt0 is currently taking only one AP class (Calculus). True Asians take all AP classes. He realizes this, so he periodically goes to a corner and listens to a Chinese emo song while sobbing over his lack of the Asian gene of incredible intelligence.

Strangely enough, Tienjt0 shares the same birthday with four other wikians. As a recently-turned legal adult, he can vote, join the army, get tattoos and piercings, go to clubs, and smoke cigarettes. Whether he actually plans to do all of these things is questionable. Tienjt0 has a driver's license but does not have his own car yet; he will be acquiring his mother's Honda Civic once he gets insurance. He has an iPod Touch and enjoys listening to music (mostly rock). He dislikes songs with meaningless lyrics, most notably Miley Cyrus's "Party in the USA."
