When I was building my house, I tried to build the Portal chamber, the Armour stand, Skill Hall and Chapel near to the entrance portal, for faster Barrowing and Prayer experience when burning bones at the altar. I placed the Portal chamber and skill hall close to the centre for easy teleporting to Kharyll and Edgeville (glory in skill hall), the Armour stand and Chapel are close to the portal also for faster Barrowing the Combat room is also close to the entrance for partying. I have spent at least 14m on it so far, as I kept changing it about.

Portals 1	Parlour	Chapel

Skill Hall	Study	Quest Hall	Games Room	Bedroom 1

• Combat room is for all combat types (in a boxing ring, boxing gloves available from rack)
• Portals 1 has portals to Falador, Camelot and Kharyll
• Chapel has gilded alter and marble burners (for Prayer XP from bones)
• Quest Hall has stairs and wall mounted Amulet of glory (for free teleports)
• Study has gilded eagle lecturn (for making teleport tablets)
• Games Room includes a Dartboard, Hangman and a Elemental balance 2
• Main Entrance is a Formal Garden with the entry portal
• Workshop has a banner easel or helmet pluming stand (can't remember), armour stand, crafting table (for clockworks), a workbench and free tools.

• Portals 2 has portals to Ardougne, Yanille (Watchtower) and Varrock
• Chapel has gilded alter and marble burners (for Prayer XP from bones)
• Quest Hall has stairs (down)
• Dining Room has gilded bell-pull (for calling butler)
• Kitchen has teak larder (cooking supplies for Cooking XP) and Chef's delight
• Costume room is full of the costumes I cleared from my bank.
