An Unstrung lyre can be made by cutting a branch from the swaying tree east of Rellekka and then using a knife on it. The unstrung lyre can be strung using a ball of golden wool which turns it into a normal lyre.You can also get a normal Lyre by killing some of the citizens until they takes a long time. This object is available in the The Fremennik Trials quest.
You need 40 Crafting to attach the golden wool to the Unstrung lyre If you are lower level you may choose to just grind and get the lyre from the NPC's in Rellekka.
