An Unholy Mould is a mould which is used to make silver bars into unholy symbols using the Crafting skill. Unholy moulds can be found by talking to the ghost of Scorpius not far from the observatory near on completion of the Observatory Quest. It is also a rare drop from the Chaos Druid.
This can also be dropped at Lair of Tarn Razerlor.
