Unhallowed boots was removed from RuneScape after an update, but still exists in-game for those who had obtained it. |
The unhallowed boots can be bought from Brother Heinous for 25 ectoplasm during the 2012 Hallowe'en event. They are part of the unhallowed robes set, and they can be changed to hallowed boots either by talking to Brother Righteous or clicking on them and switching the colour.
