Members can make unfinished bolts with the Smithing skill by using a bar of metal on an anvil. Silver bolts and kebbit bolts are the exceptions to this, as the former are made using the Crafting skill while the latter are made with the Fletching skill. 10 unfinished bolts are made per bar. The unfinished bolts can then be feathered and tipped with bolt tips using the Fletching skill. Bolt tips can be made by using a chisel with a gem of any kind.
