The Undead troll is an undead version of a troll. Being undead, they are vulnerable to the effects of a Salve amulet or to the Crumble undead spell. They can be also killed for a troll slayer assignment. They are surrounded by Elite Black Knights, which are aggressive unless you are wearing Dagon'hai robes or Elite black armour. The trolls wielding pickaxes will never be aggressive, while the unarmed trolls are aggressive in the same fashion as the Elite Black Knights. To access their locale, you need to have made some progress on the While Guthix Sleeps quest. Although blue charms are their most common charm drop, on average they only drop a charm every ten kills, making them very bad for charm collecting. Since they are very far from a bank and difficult to access, some form of long-term healing is advised, such as a familiar or Bones to Peaches for longer stays. If you choose to heal with Guthan's set, be careful, since all the knights and unarmed trolls will become aggressive upon equipping the armour, and Lucien's camp is a multicombat area. They are also mentioned about travelling north for reasons unknown. This may mean Lucien was planning what he was going to do for decades, maybe even longer.

[edit] Habitat(s)
The undead trolls live in Lucien's camp. To access this camp, you need to go to Surok's room at the end of the Black Knights' Fortress dungeon, and then activate the Strange teleorb. You must have a death and a law rune in your inventory, which will be used up.

[edit] Trivia
- Undead trolls were referred to long before being added to the game. They were first mentioned in Nestor Peregrine's Explorer's notes found within Keldagrim Library. It was speculated that the trolls were to be involved in the God Wars Dungeon update, but they did not appear until the While Guthix Sleeps quest more than a year later.
- The trolls don't respawn like regular monsters, instead the Undead mages that are found in the area summon new trolls.
