Undead mages can be found in Lucien's camp. They are part of the great army of undead that Lucien is raising in his plans to conquer Gielinor. The Undead mages cannot be attacked or spoken to. They in fact serve as a re spawner of the undead trolls in this area. Once one is killed they cast a spell that makes an undead troll rise from out of the ground

- An Undead mage is rather similar in appearance to Skeleton mages, which can be attacked.
- Currently, the only known location containing Undead mages is Lucien's camp, which players can reach only after partially completing While Guthix Sleeps.
- Undead mages summon up new Undead trolls when the existing ones are killed.
