An Ugthanki is a special kind of vicious camel, which can be found in the Kharidian Desert, located south of Shantay Pass. They are aggressive, so players with low life points should keep away from them.

Ugthanki are unique in that they are the only creature that drops ugthanki meat, which is used to make the delicious ugthanki kebabs.

When players speak to an ugthanki using their Camulet, the ugthanki use a variety of insults that refer to Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Their name is derived from the name of Akthanakos, a Camel-headed Mahjarrat that trained them to fight.
