An NPC during the quest TokTz-Ket-Dill. He gets involved in theatre during the quest.
If you talk to him after the quest he will tell you of how he is the best miner in the TzHaar city and he used to mine onyx until a short JalYt sold him a cape with a picture of a TokYt-Xil-Im (pickaxe) on it (most likely the Mining cape). He complains that he was ripped off as the cape burnt when he took a bath in a TzHaar Pool.
