Tuna and corn is/are a food and cooking ingredient that can be created by members with a Cooking level of 67. It can be created by using a bowl of sweetcorn on cooked tuna while a knife is in inventory.
As a food, it heals 13 hitpoints but is rarely eaten except by accident when left clicking on it as the default option. Making all ingredients in a tuna and corn from scratch provides you with 204 Cooking experience.
In general, however, it is almost always used as one of the final ingredients for a tuna potato, which at 22 Hitpoints is the second highest healing single-bite food in the game. To make a tuna potato, use a tuna and corn with a potato with butter at level 68 Cooking. This does not require a range or fire. Players can also add cooked sweetcorn to a bowl of chopped cooked tuna.
