Requirements	Skill requirements are not boostable unless marked with a [B] for boostable. Quests: Troll Romance Troll Stronghold Death Plateau 28 Agility Recommended: 61 Magic is useful for Trollheim teleport (also requires Eadgar's Ruse) 43 Prayer is useful for Protect from Melee
Items required	Items from the tool belt are not listed unless they do not work or are not automatically added. Iron bar Maple or Yew logs (Only need one) Rope Cake tin Swamp tar Climbing boots (not needed if you can cast Trollheim teleport) Bucket of wax (or an insect repellent with a bucket; either of them can be obtained at the Catherby bee hives)
Recommended	Fremennik round shield Teleport runes for four teleports to Trollheim and optionally a games necklace or combat bracelet
Enemies to defeat	Arrg (level 77)

Hitch

• Talk to Ug on the middle level of the Troll Stronghold. Offer him your help. ( 1•3)…

  1	Awww, you poor troll. What seems to be the problem?
  3	Don't worry now. I'll see what I can do.

• Talk to Aga in the room to the north. ( 2•1)…

  2	So... how's your... um... love life?
  1	Errr... I've got to go.

• Talk to Arrg in the same room. ( 2)…

  2	Your girlfriend said you know where to find Trollweiss?

• Talk to Ug again.

Survival Techniques

• Talk to Freda in the mountains west of Burthorpe. ( 1)…

  1	Do you know where I can find Trollweiss?

• Talk to Dunstan north of the agility course about a sled. ( 2•1)…

  2	I need a sled!!
  1	Yes.

• Give him a rope, maple or yew logs, and an iron bar.
• Use swamp tar on a wax bucket with a cake tin in your inventory.
• Use your wax on the sled.

Sledding

• Reach the north-west exit of Trollheim, leading to a snowy area.
• Head north-west and enter the cave.
• Head north-west and exit the cave through the crevasse.
• Head south, equip your sled and slide through the slope.
• After the end of the first part of the ride, pick the Trollweiss flowers west of your location.
• Go back to Ug.

The Things We Do For Love...

• Talk to Arrg and tell him you're here to kill him. The fight will start immediately after that. Arrg also attacks immediately after the teleport, so be prepared.
• Kill Arrg
• Return to Ug and talk to him.
• Quest complete!

• 8,000 experience
• 4,000 experience
• A handful of uncut gems from Ug (1 uncut diamond, 2 uncut rubies and 4 uncut emeralds)
• A sled
• Unlocks sledding route from Trollweiss
• A new colour of wieldable flowers
