Trimmed blue wizard set

From the RuneScape Wiki, the wiki for all things RuneScape

A player wearing a trimmed wizard set.

Trimmed blue wizard sets can be made by exchanging a Wizard robe (t), Wizard hat (t), and Blue skirt (t) with a Grand Exchange clerk. The set's purpose is purely to save space and to use in the Grand Exchange. Players can exchange this with a Grand Exchange clerk to get the items listed above.

Trimmed wizard robes are obtained from level 1 Treasure Trails. These robes offer no extra mage bonuses than regular robes, but are worn only as status symbols, showing that the player is rich enough to afford them, the only practical use of the set over regular wizard robes is that it can be made into a set, saving bank space.

The skirt does not have any extra magic bonuses, and even though it is the wizard set it has no more bonuses than the regular Blue skirt.
