Tribal masks (also known as broodoo masks) are a member's only set of masks worn in the headwear slot. They provide no bonuses, but when wearing one of the masks players are feared by the Tai Bwo Wannai villagers. Tribal masks come in three different colours and can be obtained by either defeating a Broodoo victim during the Tai Bwo Wannai Cleanup minigame or through trade with another player. A member with level 35 Crafting that has a hammer can turn a tribal mask into a Broodoo shield of the same colour by using two snakeskins and eight nails on it. This gives 100 Crafting experience points.
Tribal masks can be stored in the Armour case of the Costume room in a Player-owned house.
The mask appears a lot smaller on the chathead than on the character himself. The chathead version overlaps the face, but on the player it extends down below the chest.
