The Tramp has the exact same stats as a Man. Also, now in Varrock, an unattackable version of the tramp wanders around. If a player talks to him and refuses to give him some gold, he'll shout, "I hate [player name]!", "Don't ask [player name] for any thing - he's/she's stingy!", or "[player name] is mean!" He is located near around the pillory and Aubury's rune store.
There is also another tramp located near an alley that leads to the Black Arm Gang. Talk to him to start the Shield of Arrav quest.

The tramps at these locations pelt a player who has been put in the pillory as a random event for Thieving with rotten tomatoes, which can be purchased for 1 coin each from Pelter's Veg Stall, the crates located at the pillories.

- It is possible that Jagex made Tramp behind Aubury's Rune Shop to show how annoying it is to be teased by someone and also to discourage you from teasing other players.
- If you give the tramp money he will stop teasing you.
