The Totem is a holy relic of the Rantuki Tribe. It is a quest item used only in Tribal Totem. Lord Handelmort of Ardougne had stolen it from the Rantuki Tribe and the player is asked by Kangai Mau, member of the tribe, to retrieve it.
The player can aquire multiple totems in the quest by using the drop trick.
