Torva full helm chathead

The Torva full helm is part of the Torva armour set, obtainable by killing Nex. It requires 80 Defence to be worn. This helm used to give the biggest defence and lifepoints boost of any melee helm in RuneScape (outside of Daemonheim), until the release of the Tetsu helm.

The full helm lasts for a duration of 10 hours of combat before degrading completely, and then may be repaired by Bob in Lumbridge or at a Player-owned house armour stand. It should be noted that the full helm does not degrade in increments, and its stats stay the same until the 10 hours is up. It costs 500,000 coins to have the full helm repaired at Bob's Brilliant Axes, or 250,000 coins at an armour stand with 99 Smithing.

Wearing this helm or any other piece of ancient armour will make all factions in the God Wars Dungeon unaggressive.

TriviaEdit

  • This item, along with the other pieces of Torva armour, was originally glitched and unable to be traded even after being repaired. This glitch has since been fixed.
  • Whenever Nex drops a piece of Torva, Pernix, or Virtus armour, a server wide announcement is broadcast to all players currently logged into that particular world.
  • Before the Evolution of Combat, when worn, the full helm increased a player's maximum lifepoints by 66.
