Torag's helm is melee armour worn in the headwear slot that is part of Torag The Corrupted's set of barrows equipment. To wear Torag's helmet, a player must have 70 Defence. It is currently tied with Guthan's helmet as the strongest helmet in the game.
The helmet is very popular in God Wars Dungeon because of its good Defence bonus. It is currently also the cheapest Barrows melee helmet.
Being part of Torag's barrows set, if Torag's helm is worn along with all of the other pieces of equipment in Torag's barrows set the player receives a special attack. Damaging melee attacks have a chance of lowering the victim's run energy by 20%. This piece of armour cannot be made using the Smithing skill.
