Top-quality milk is a special bucket of milk, obtained by milking the prized dairy cow in the Lumbridge cow field. It is used to make a special cake during Cook's Assistant.
If the player attempts to milk an ordinary dairy cow with the top-quality milk in the inventory, they will be prompted to give the milk to the Cook before continuing.
