| Examine | A basic staff for basic uses. All and all, pretty basic. (Tier 7) |
| Weight | 1.8 kg |
A Thigat staff can only be found in Daemonheim and has no requirements to wield. At complexity level 3+ and level 68 Fletching, the staff can be made by using a knife on Thigat branches (yielding 106 fletching xp).
As a staff made of Tier 7 wood it can be imbued on a runecrafting altar to become Catalytic staff (50 Runecrafting required).
Currently, elemental staves in dungeoneering are still available from the starting room but could not be made. As the higher levelled empowered catalytic staff requires gravecreeper branches to make, crafting catalytic staves is the only use of thigat staves. However, the lower level spinebeam branches could do the same.
