|Examine||The cape worn by the true masters of Thieving.|
The Thieving master cape is the cape awarded for achieving True skill mastery in Thieving. Its appearance is different from regular skillcapes. Unlike Dungeoneering, Slayer and Elite skills, the skill cap for Thieving is 99; true skill mastery is awarded for achieving a virtual level of 120 (104,273,167 experience) while the stat does not actually go beyond 99. The cape shares the same emote as the regular Thieving cape. The cape is sold by Martin Thwait for 120,000 coins.
Master capes were voted on in a Power to the Players poll, where the option to add them won with 63%.

|[FAQ] • [doc]|
The Thieving master cape's perk reduces the duration you are stunned for when caught thieving from 4.2 seconds to 3 seconds.
Up to three perks of the capes of accomplishment can be added to the max cape, the completionist cape, and the trimmed completionist cape. This can be done by using a cape of accomplishment with the desired perk on one of the three capes, and the cape of accomplishment is then lost in the process. To make space for other perks, it is possible to later remove the added perks, but with no reimbursement. All of the added perks are shared among those three capes, thus it is not possible to have different configurations of perks on the different capes.
