|Examine||A warrior who has been long forgotten.|
The Forgotten Warrior, is the main Playable character in the Vengeance! Fremennik Saga. She is one of the few survivors of her patrol in one of the Abandoned floors of Daemonheim in which she is ambushed by a varied party of adventurers. She seeks to avenge her patrol's deaths, particularly that of her already sickly younger brother Taevas and ultimately succeeds in the Saga, albeit as a race against the clock as she battles the poison and continues to suffer at the hands of the adventuring party as well as the floor's Dungeon spiders and Hellhounds. She is haunted throughout the Saga by what appear to be spectres of her dead brother, Taevas. The player's choices when dealing with the other survivors of the patrol and the methods used to enact revenge on the adventurers determines whether it becomes a ruthless or noble vengeance and there are four possible endings, each of which takes The Forgotten Warrior back to the surface world, still succumbing to the poison, although in each one her death is intentionally unspecified and she is never found. This leaves for potential to continue her story.
She attacks with a Fractite longsword. She wears a Marmaros full helm, a Marmaros chainbody, Marmaros platelegs, Marmaros boots, and Marmaros gauntlets, while holding a Fractite kiteshield. According to the initial part of the saga, she is level 150.
If one picks the most ruthless ending where she tortures Kay Thanxby to death, she becomes Vengeance, infused with the ghost of her dead brother.
- Her sword used to have a special attack that changed depending on her moral choices in the saga. Doing more noble acts would allow the sword to heal her, while doing ruthless acts would increase her overall damage.
