Tempus Procedit is an incantation and is the reversal of Tempus Cessit. It has no effect if the latter spell has not been used prior to this one, as Tempus Procedit only undoes Tempus Cessit, or, in other words, lets time continue. It is used by Gypsy Aris during Recipe for Disaster after all the members of the Secret Council of RuneScape have been freed in order to defeat the Culinaromancer. The phrase is Latin for "The time progresses/goes on".
